It’s just over a week since Kingley Vale went in the water, and work has started on the fitout. This is the sort of thing we’ll never see again (hopefully!), so we’re grateful to Braidbar for sending photos. So far we have paving slab ballast and the battens are going in.
What’s also nice is that we know the work is being done by Daryl. He was at the launch last week and came back on the front of the boat with Adrian and was saying that he’d be the first person who’d be doing anything inside.
We’ll be back there next week to see the boat for ourselves, and hopefully make some more decisions.
