A grey and overcast day today, and we needed to go and do a food shop. Just along from Tesco at Handforth Dean is a Pets at Home, so we went to buy a few things including items we need for the long journey from Essex to the boat in a month’s time. This is undoubtedly just the start of the spending!
After lunch, we went for a walk while it wasn’t raining. We did a typical loop, up the towpath to Higher Poynton and then back down Middlewood Way. At the halfway point was a robin sitting on a sign.
Only minutes after getting back the rain properly started, so we’d timed it well. And in case you’re more interested in Macc the puppy, here’s a video from yesterday of him having a little game.
