A non-moving day today, as a former colleague of mine is moving jobs and was having a leaving lunch in London. As we were close to a station I took the opportunity of going. To get a decent price ticket I had to change trains at Stafford, which made it quite a long journey. It seemed odd being back in London, although Fitzroy Square (which I often used to walk laps round!) always looks nice in the spring sunshine.
It was really nice to see some of my old colleagues though, and weird to think it’s almost a year since I left. Adrian and Macc had a nice day not doing much, although Adrian had a call this evening.
