Another visit to Braidbar today to see how Kingley Vale is progressing, and make a few more decisions. The lining out with painted panels, shadow gap oak tongue and groove, and oak panels is pretty much complete, and there are some bulkheads going up. This is the cabin.

The shower room now has a panel of shower board on the cabin side.

This is where the dinette will be.

The bulkhead between the dinette and the galley is up — but hasn’t yet had the C-shape cut out taken out of it.

There was good news that the batteries won’t take up quite as much space as we thought, and there will still be some decent storage under the bed. We’ve also confirmed a choice of fabric for the dinette, and we talked more about paint colours and cratch covers. All in all a good day.
All looking good, I bet you’re both pleased with the progress.
